About Lumen House

Lumen House is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering literary community in the Pacific Northwest. We believe that books have the power to connect people, spark conversation, and build understanding.

Through our events, we bring together readers, writers, booksellers, and artists for celebrations of the written word. From romance to speculative fiction, from banned books to detective novels, our programming reflects the full breadth of what literature can be.

All proceeds from our merchandise support event programming and community literacy initiatives.
